Roland Park Country School: Lower School Suggested Summer Reading

WELCOME, LOWER SCHOOL READERS!   

Happy Summer!  It's the perfect time for pleasure reading in a cozy corner at home or a beautiful spot in nature.  Listed here are some suggested titles in various categories.   

Each title in blue is linked to that book's page on The Ivy Bookshop website, where you can read longer summaries and reviews.  You can also order books from the site to be shipped directly to you.  The Ivy Bookshop is offering a 10% discount on all summer reading. Families can visit the shop, which is open every day from 10am-7pm, or the Ivy Bookshop's website, where they can use the coupon code RPCSUM25 to take advantage of the discount.

Take a look at the box below titled "Great Books Lists to Peruse" for many other terrific suggestions.  While you can no longer access our physical library during the summer, please try visiting your local public library, where you'll find fun activities, summer reading challenges with prizes and unlimited checkouts!
